What types of products are available for customization?

We stock a whole range of apparel and promotional items. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, let us know and we will help you find the perfect items.

Can I upload my own artwork for designing a custom product?

Yes. Upload your artwork in either eps, jpg, png, svg, or cdr format. The artwork should be at a high resolution (ideally 300 dpi). You must also agree to the terms and copyright agreement when uploading your artwork.

HOW DO I USE YOUR ONLINE DESIGNER?

The online designer is a powerful tool that can help you lay down your ideas with a suite of decoration options. With a few clicks, you can add text, upload your own designs or images until you're happy with the final product. No design experience needed!

All the elements can be edited in multiple ways. Take some time to get familiar with designer and you'll be able to create a masterpiece in no time.

Remember, when it comes to artwork, size matters! If you're creating your own artwork for print, we recommend exporting as a PDF with transparent background: RGB color mode at 300dpi or above.

However, if designing isn't your thing, don’t worry! Just drop us a line and we'd love to help out with your order.

Will you design my product for me?

No. However, we do our best to make it easy for you to upload your own design or choose from hundreds of pre-made designs.

How are printing prices calculated?

The printing prices are based on the type, amount, and color of garment.

DO YOU KEEP MY ART ON FILE?

Yes, we will keep your artwork on file. We want to make it as streamlined as possible for you to order.

CAN I SPECIFY A PANTONE COLOR FOR MY PRINT?

Digital prints (DTF) cannot be guaranteed to be an exact pantone match however, we will do our best to match as close as possible.

Is there a minimum number of products I have to order?

No.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.

How can I check on my order?

By logging into the website (top right corner).

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Prior to your order going into production, you are free to cancel or change your order at any time. Once goods have been printed with your branding, we can't unprint. Please contact us immediately after ordering if you need to change or cancel your order, and our team will be happy to help.

CAN I SEE A PROOF BEFORE MY ORDER GOES INTO PRODUCTION?

Of course! Your approval is required before any items go into production.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service or UPS and take between 3 - 5 business days to arrive after shipment.

How are shipping prices determined?

Shipping prices are determined by the total weight of the order.

How long does it take for my product to arrive after I order it?

Generally, for in stock items it will take 7-10 days from the time your order is placed until delivery. Some products may take a bit longer. The exact number of days for delivery depends on your chosen shipping method and delivery address. If you need something delivered super-fast, get in touch - we try to accommodate every request.

Occasionally one of our suppliers may run out of a certain size or color item. In this instance we'll get in touch and see whether you want to wait for the restock, replace with another size/ color option, or print on another garment.

WHAT IF MY DELIVERY IS MISSING GOODS OR INCLUDES GOODS I DIDN'T ORDER?

You will only be charged for what you did order, and you might get a freebie or two. In the unlikely situation where you receive fewer items than you ordered, you will be reimbursed, or the order discrepancy will be resolved.
